Request deletion
Use the in-app deletion flow on the main Settings screen by tapping Delete Account to delete your account. If you cannot access the app, email us at support@cellamie.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request.
Include the email address associated with your account so we can verify ownership and process the request safely.
What data is deleted
- Your account profile, pantry data, saved receipt-confirmation content, stored preferences, notification settings, and registered device records tied to the account are scheduled for deletion.
- Any active sessions are invalidated as part of account removal.
- Short-lived backups or staging data may persist temporarily until normal cleanup cycles complete.
What may be retained
- We may retain limited security, audit, fraud-prevention, billing reconciliation, or legal-compliance records where required.
- Subscription receipt, webhook, or verification artifacts may be retained for a limited period to resolve store or compliance issues.
