By downloading, accessing, or using Cellamie, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Accounts and eligibility
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and devices.
- Do not share your password, verification links, or access tokens.
- You agree to provide accurate information when creating and maintaining your account.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account unless it results from our failure to maintain reasonable security controls.
Permitted use
You may use Cellamie only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these terms. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected systems except where allowed by law, or use the app to store or transmit unlawful content.
Your content and data
You retain ownership of the content and data you submit to Cellamie, such as pantry items, receipt uploads, profile details, and support messages. You give us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, analyze, and display that data so the service can function.
You are responsible for reviewing data extracted from scans and for confirming the accuracy of pantry, recipe, and shopping information before relying on it.
AI-assisted and scan-based features
Some Cellamie features use automated extraction, recognition, or AI-assisted processing. These features can make mistakes, omit details, or provide incomplete suggestions. They are offered to assist with pantry management and planning, not as professional nutritional, medical, or financial advice.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid features are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on where you subscribed. Your store account controls billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and other payment settings, subject to the store's policies. We may use receipt and purchase-verification data to activate features, prevent abuse, and reconcile entitlements.
Service availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or suspend services at any time, including adding, removing, or changing features as the product evolves.
Intellectual property
Cellamie, our branding, the app, and related content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you ownership of the service or our trademarks.
Termination
You may stop using Cellamie at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse the service, or if continued operation would create security, legal, or operational risk.
Disclaimer
Cellamie is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Except as required by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cellamie and its service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will revise the effective date above and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
