How do I verify my account?

After you register, Cellamie sends a verification email to the address on your account. If you do not see it, check your spam folder or request another verification email from the app.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Use the Forgot password option on the sign-in screen. We will email password reset instructions to the address attached to your account.

I cannot access my account. How do I get help?

Email support@cellamie.com and include the email address tied to your account, your device model, OS version, and a short description of the problem.

Receipt scanning and pantry features

How does receipt scanning work?

When you choose to scan a receipt, the image is uploaded so Cellamie can extract line items and purchase details. We use that extracted information to help you review and save pantry entries.

Do you keep my receipt photo?

Receipt images are processed to extract item details and are not retained as long-term library content. If you confirm a scan, the extracted purchase and pantry data may be stored with your account until you delete it.

Receipt scanning is not working. What should I try?

Make sure the app has camera access, the receipt is well lit, the full receipt is visible, and the text is in focus. If you still need help, send a screenshot or sample image to support@cellamie.com.

Notifications

Why am I receiving reminders?

Cellamie can send alerts for expirations, low-stock items, and related reminders if you enable notifications. You can change these preferences in the app or disable notifications at the device level.

What notification data do you store?

We may store your notification preferences, timezone, and push registration token so alerts can be delivered to your device.

Subscriptions and billing

How are subscriptions billed?

Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The store you purchased through manages billing, renewals, and cancellations.

How do I cancel or manage a subscription?

Open your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings to manage your plan. If you have trouble finding the purchase, contact support with your order details and the email tied to your Cellamie account.

Do you store my credit card details?

No. Payment card processing is handled by Apple or Google. Cellamie may receive purchase verification data such as product identifiers, transaction identifiers, receipt or purchase token data, and entitlement status.

Privacy and account deletion

What personal data does Cellamie collect?

Depending on how you use the app, we may collect account information, pantry and receipt data, optional profile details such as name and preferences, device and notification data, subscription status, and support messages. See the Privacy Policy for details.

How do I delete my account?

Use the in-app deletion flow on the main Settings screen by tapping Delete Account. If you cannot access the app, follow the instructions on the Account Deletion page.

How long does deletion take?

We begin processing verified deletion requests promptly. Some backup, billing, fraud-prevention, or security records may be retained for a limited time where required for operational or legal reasons.
