Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time using the Account Deletion page. If you cannot access the app, email support and include the account email you want deleted.

How do I verify my account?

After signing up, check your inbox for a verification email. If you do not see it, check spam or request a new verification email from the app.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Use the Forgot password link on the sign-in screen to request a reset email.

Receipt scanning is not working.

Make sure the app has camera access, the receipt is well lit, and the image is in focus. If the issue persists, send a screenshot or sample image to support.

How do I report a bug?

Email support@cellamie.com with a short description, steps to reproduce, your device model and OS version, and screenshots if possible.

How do subscriptions and billing work?

Billing is handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Manage subscriptions in your store settings. If you need help, contact support with your order details.

How do I delete my account?

Use the in-app deletion flow on the main Settings screen by tapping Delete Account. If you cannot access the app, email support@cellamie.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request.

How long does account deletion take?

Deletion requests are processed as soon as reasonably possible after verification. Some security, billing, and legal records may be retained for a limited period where required.
